Payment can be made prior to the commencement of the Tour by the following payment methods:

• Cash
  
• Credit card (All major credit cards accepted)

• Accounts available upon application
  
• Cancellation:
  A tour can be cancelled within 2 days in advance, of which 50% of the basic price is payable
  
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the tour
  commencement time ,of which 100% of the basic price is payable

If Hire Cars Chauffeur Driven are forced to cancel a booking , any prior payment will be fully refunded.
